The 2019’sThinkTankGovernance,Ideological andTheoreticalCommunicationSummitof Chinawas held in Beijingon December 19, 2019, which was co-sponsored byNanjingUniversity andGuangmingDaily. Itwas attended by more than 600 experts and scholars from various think tanks, management departments, and medias.
In addition to the CTTI think tank report of 2019 and the new CTTI think tank list, the summit also released the excellentachievement awards of CTTI think tanks and think tank best practice cases of 2019. A total of 20 think tanks were awarded as excellentachievements, and 51 practice cases were awarded as the think tank best practice cases, among which the caseentitled"Building a global community with a Shared future for biosafety: formulating a code of conduct for biological scientists" submitted byCBRSat Tianjin University was awarded asone ofthe best practice cases of think tank, which willencourageourfurtherefforts in thebiosafety and security research in the future.
