Youhai Sun is a Professor and the D an of Law School, Tianjin University. He is also the Director of Expert Group of Scientific Research and Management in Biology, Ministry of Science and Technology. Over the past 40 years, Prof. Sun has been engaged in research on environmental resources laws and policies, sustainable development laws and policies, etc. and obtained a remarkable achievement in environmental law. Since 2004, he has presided over more than 40 projects, including the National Development and Reform Commission Project, the China Law Society Research Project (2 items), the Ministry of Justice Project (2 items), the State Oceanic Administration Project, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection Project (4 items).
